Improve functional movement throughout the ThoracoLumbar spine and its connections.In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn a practical method of assessment and treatment techniques to improve mobility through the Thoracic and Lumbar Vertebral column, with special attention to the Thoraco-Lumbar Junction—a key transition point in the spine.
As a bonus, we'll also look at sacroiliac joint mobilization (my secret weapon for back pain)
