Third Thursday in June
The land beneath our feet holds more than we can imagine — and the evening goes deep in time to prove it. Inspired by the exhibition's exploration of earth, place, and the vast scales of existence, Kallie Moore, Collections Manager of the UM Paleontology Center, brings a special fossil show-and-tell that bridges the cosmic and the prehistoric. Get up close with some of Earth's most remarkable former inhabitants — a T. rex brain, buzzsaw shark teeth, and yes, giant ground sloth dung! These remnants of deep time feel right at home alongside artwork that asks us to consider our place on — and within — this planet.
Live music by Izzak Opatz. No host bar. Dreamy’s Soft Serve.
Free and open to the public.
