Theme: Safety & Control
So many of us are carrying the feeling that we have to hold everything together all the time.
We manage. We anticipate. We overthink. We try to stay ahead of what might go wrong because somewhere inside, control has become connected to safety. For many of us, the nervous system has spent years learning how to stay alert, guarded, responsible, or emotionally prepared for the next thing.
Over time, this can become exhausting.
This month’s Theta Healing Circle is centered around the themes of safety, control, and nervous system regulation. Together, we will explore the subconscious beliefs that keep us stuck in patterns of fear, hypervigilance, perfectionism, emotional protection, and over-responsibility.
We will talk about the limbic system and how the body can remain conditioned toward stress and protection long after difficult experiences have passed. Most importantly, this evening is intended to support the experience of softening — not through force, but through greater awareness, safety, and compassion toward ourselves.
During the circle, you will:
• Learn about Theta Healing and subconscious belief work
• Gain insight into patterns connected to safety and control
• Learn about the nervous system and limbic responses
• Receive individual ThetaHealing for subconscious repatterning and nervous system regulation
• Be held in a supportive space for reflection, connection, and healing
This is a gentle and intimate space for women who are ready to exhale a little more deeply and begin creating safety from within rather than through constant control.
Pre-registration is required. Space is limited to allow for individual attention
