Modern Calligraphy for Beginners

Join us for a relaxing and creative evening of modern calligraphy! This beginner~friendly class is perfect for anyone who's ever admired beautiful lettering and wanted to try it themselves - no experience needed. During this hands~on workshop, you'll be guided step-by-step through the fundamentals of modern calligraphy. We'll cover how to hold and use dip pen, understand pressure and downstrokes, and begin forming letters with confidence. You'll also practice connecting letters and creating your own words and phrases by the end of class. This is a laid -back, welcoming environment where you can learn at your own pace, ask questions, and enjoy the process - whether you come solo or with friends.

What's Included:

Your own take-home calligraphy kit, complete with: 2 nibs, straight pen holder, ink, practice worksheets and materials. Everything is yours to keep, so you can practice long after class ends!

Hands- on instruction with guided practice. Come ready to slow down, get a little inky and leave with new skills (and maybe a new favorite hobby)
