Many people notice that their mind never fully switches off.
They continue to function, yet feel tension, restlessness or mental pressure building up beneath the surface.
The Theta Session is a 90 to 120 minute experience where live music and light help guide your brain into the theta state.
This is a deep relaxation mode in which the nervous system settles and the mind finds space, without talking and without analysis.
You don’t have to do anything.
You lie down, listen and experience.
Who is this session for?
For people who:
* spend a lot of time in their head
* experience stress or mental pressure
* find it difficult to truly relax
* feel stuck in recurring patterns
* long for more calm and clarity
No experience required.

How the evening unfolds?
