Met 130 gespeelde shows door heel Europa is Insurrection al lang geen onbekende meer in de underground scene. Zo speelde de strakke melodeath/thrash band uit Fryslan (est. 2008) eerder samen met o.a. Bloodbath, Hypocrisy, Cradle Of Filth, Suffocation en Destruction en deed ook festivals als Into The Grave, Mise Open Air (DE), Stonehenge en - recent nog - Tolminator (SLO) aan.
