These Cells Ain’t Loyal (T-CAL) is more than an event — it’s a movement powered by LOVE & FASHION ENTERTAINMENT that unites culture, advocacy, and celebration.
We raise awareness for sickle cell disease — the world’s most common genetic blood disorder — while creating a space for the community to learn, connect, and vibe together.

Each year, T-CAL brings together warriors, families, advocates, and allies for a day of education, empowerment, and entertainment — building bridges between the healthcare system and the community that needs it most.

Powerful speakers and panelists share real stories, expert insights, and vital information about blood donation and warrior care.

A moment for the community to share thoughts, tributes, or creative pieces.

🕗 8:00–11:00 PM | Afterparty Celebration 🎶
Live DJs, dancing, and unforgettable vibes — Hip-Hop, R&B, Afrobeats, Soca, Kompa, and more.
Celebrate life, love, and legacy — party with a purpose.
