An Evening of Bacon & Bubbles
There really is something about bacon.
For one night, we're giving it the entire table.
There Is Something About Bacon is a five-course exploration of the Berkshire pig, featuring Arkansas-raised Berkshire pork from Bansley’s Berkshire Ridge Farm in Harrison, Arkansas.
We'll explore what makes Berkshire pork special and just how many different directions we can take it over the course of one evening.
Along the way, we'll be pouring sparkling wines and Champagne throughout the evening, because few things cut through all that glorious richness quite like a glass of bubbles.
Five courses. Bacon between courses. Bubbles throughout.
Is it a little absurd? Maybe.
But it's entirely intentional.
And then there's the last piece of bacon.
We all know that moment. Sunday morning. One piece left. Everyone at the table sees it. Everyone wants it.
But not everyone can have it.
So, who gets the last piece of bacon?
