Gold Star Poses!
In this workshop, you will learn a selection of yoga poses that improve functional stability. Linda will include ways to adapt these poses to the ability of each student.
What can you expect in this workshop:
Poses to strengthen the spine, shoulders, core, and hips for efficient movement.
Poses to release chronically tight muscles that impede efficient movement.
Breathwork and relaxation techniques to reduce stress and calm the nervous system.
A pdf of the practice will be sent to each participant.
*Price: $40 / $30 for Ahimsa members or Early Bird registration prior to 11/3/26.
Photo depicts an adaptation of “Hunting Dog” – a Gold Star Pose because it strengthens the spine, hips, balance, and it is contralateral movement (opposite arm/leg), which is how we walk.
