Therapeutic Summer Workshop Series: Building Resilience and Coping Skills in Children and Adolescent
Each week focuses on a different theme:
Session 1: Understanding & Managing Anxiety
Session 2: Anger Management & Emotional Regulation
Session 3: Building Self- Esteem & Self Worth
Participants have flexibility to attend individual sessions or complete the full series for a more comprehensive experience.
COST: Individual sessions are $40, All three sessions are $100

Tuesday, July 7th: Session 1
9:00-10:30 a.m. (children entering 4th, 5th, or 6th grades)
10:45 a.m.- 12:15 p.m. (children/adolescents entering 7th or 8th grades
1:00- 2:30 p.m. (adolescents in high school or recent graduates)
Tuesday, July 14th: Session 2
9:00-10:30 a.m. (children entering 4th, 5th, or 6th grades)

Facilitated by Marie Goulet, MSW, LCSW
Marie is a trauma-informed psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience. She integrates CBT, DBT, mindfulness, Polyvagal theory, movement, and creative expression to help individuals regulate their nervous systems and build resilience. She supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, grief, and trauma in a safe, curious space focused on meaningful change.
