About this Event
Theda Roxanne Community Screening + Fundraiser
Join us for a powerful afternoon of storytelling, reflection, and community at a special screening of Theda Roxanne, a moving documentary that centers the voice and lived experience of a mother navigating unimaginable loss.
Taking place on Saturday, April 11 from 12:00–1:30 PM at the St. Louis Public Library (Central Library Auditorium), this gathering is more than a film screening—it is an opportunity to bear witness, honor resilience, and support ongoing efforts to bring awareness to missing persons cases across Missouri.
Following the screening, guests are invited to stay for a moderated Q&A with filmmaker Alana Marie and documentary subject Theda Roxanne, offering deeper insight into the story, the filmmaking process, and the continued fight for justice and visibility.
This event also serves as a fundraiser in support of Looking for an Angel, an organization dedicated to aiding families and communities impacted by missing persons cases.
A minimum donation of $20 is requested, with all proceeds directly supporting their mission and advocacy work.
Whether you come to learn, support, or simply be in community, your presence contributes to a larger movement of care, awareness, and action.
