Theatre Explorers Workshop: Intro to Improv

Step into the world of theatre, creativity, and spontaneous storytelling in Intro to Improv! Through fast-paced improv games, acting challenges, and collaborative scene work, students will learn the basics of improvisation—including the power of “Yes, and!”—while building confidence, communication, and teamwork skills along the way.
This playful and supportive workshop encourages students to think on their feet, use their imaginations, take creative risks, and maybe even step outside their comfort zones. Activities and scene work will be tailored specifically to this age group, creating a fun environment where students can be silly, expressive, and creative together.

Whether students are brand new to theatre or already love performing, Intro to Improv is a fun opportunity to create, connect, and grow as performers.
Please bring a water bottle and a positive attitude—we’ll handle the creativity from there!
