This event is led by Gemma, founder of Ortus Collective — a passionate contrast therapy ambassador who uses sauna and cold exposure daily in her own healing journey. From injury recovery to mental clarity, she brings deep wisdom, warmth, and the perfect grounding energy to guide you through this unique full-body reset.
