The Yoga Post Free ANCHOR class!

is hosting "Wellness Wednesdays" a series of free fitness classes provided by fitness and wellness studios within the Central Street busines district. Classes will take place at participating wellness and fitness studios.

Please join for their ANCHOR class. Part of The Yoga Post mission is to help you integrate yoga as an anchoring practice in your life. We believe in consistency, accessibility, and joy to make ritual out of the routine. ANCHOR is here to hold you, so come as you are. Connect to your movement and breath as you allow noise and distractions to fade. Time to focus on yourself. This format offers a comfortable pace and options to practice as you need.

All levels encouraged.

Cydney Crain Post will be the instructor for this class. She is a certified yoga teacher and founder of The Yoga Post, a virtual and in-person space for newbies and seasoned yogis to explore the benefits of a regular practice. Yoga, asana, and philosophy have always been a part of her life and it is her hope to help people make it a part of theirs. The goal of The Yoga Post is to create opportunities for people to take care of themselves so they are fueled in their daily lives.
