Join Kat Wheatley for a seminar on the Yoga Lifestyle and learn how to take the yoga with you. There will be handouts, discussion, and a practice that includes postures, breathing and meditation. Participants will receive a wooden mala to use during the practice and to keep afterwards.
Kat Wheatley, MA, is a Yoga Therapist with over 10 years of teaching experience and more than 1000 hours of training. She is a certified and insured provider of yoga and yoga therapy through both Yoga Alliance and the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She offers private sessions at Key Largo Yoga upon request.
