A Healing Sound BathTo Support Our Friends In Jamaica

7pm - 8pm
Join us for a quiet evening of reflection and gratitude, as we lift up all those affected by Hurricane Melissa.
Healing starts in our own hearts, and when we care for ourselves we are better able to take care of others. Even the smallest act of kindness can ripple far beyond our immediate knowledge, and by allowing ourselves time to rest and restore each of us will see more clearly how we can make a positive difference in the world.
There is no charge for this evening’s sound bath, we ask that you please make a cash or Venmo donation instead. Donations accepted even if you're unable to make the event in cash at the studio or via Key Largo Yoga Venmo account.
No reservations needed, please tell your friends.
All proceeds will be sent to a trusted humanitarian aid organization on the ground in Jamaica.
