Various formats of yoga will be rotated to ensure a balanced wholesome practise.

These sessions will feature Hatha and Ashtanga yoga with some days offering a blend of both styles. Our practice will focus on improving flexibility and building strength through carefully designed flows that are both relaxing and rejuvenating.

Each session will include:

  • Stretching: Gentle and deep stretches to enhance flexibility and prevent injuries.
  • Strengthening: Poses and sequences aimed at building core strength and muscle tone.
  • Relaxation: Techniques and flows designed to relax the mind and body promoting overall well-being.
  • Rejuvenation: Energizing sequences that leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized.


Rhythm of Prana: This class is designed to deepen your understanding and refine your execution of yoga postures (asanas). Inspired by Patanjali's Yoga Sutra 2.46 "asana sthira-sukham asanam" (a posture should be steady comfortable and pleasurable)we'll focus on achieving perfect alignment and skillful breathing techniques. Through a series of carefully chosen asanas you'll cultivate a strong connection between your body and breath. Learn to "flow" into each posture using mindful inhales and exhales. By combining sequenced postures with conscious breathing you'll not only enhance your overall asana practice but also build strength increase stamina improve flexibility and develop a greater sense of balance.


Breath of being: This format offers a holistic approach that integrates the body breath and mind. Through asana designed to promote flexibility and strength pranayama (breathwork) to cultivate focus and reduce stress and meditative practices to foster inner peace it addresses the needs of the whole self. In today's fast-paced environment prioritising self-care is essential. This format creates space for you to reconnect with yourself guided by experienced instructors who will tailor postures breathing exercises and meditation techniques to suit the needs and level of experience.
