The Worker’s Fourth Annual Be The Impact Happy Hour
WHO: Community members, business leaders, philanthropists and anyone passionate about creating pathways to employment, stable housing and lasting independence for individuals and families across Arizona.
WHAT: St. Joseph the Worker (The Worker) will host its 2026 Be the Impact Happy Hour, an ’80s-inspired evening celebrating hope, opportunity and community.
Inspired by the vibrant energy of “Miami Vice,” the rooftop event will feature neon casino games, signature cocktails and mocktails, interactive culinary stations, a live DJ playing ’80s favorites and stories highlighting the impact of employment and housing programs. Every ticket purchased supports The Worker’s mission to help individuals overcome barriers to employment, secure stable housing and achieve long-term self-sufficiency.
