This is your space to slow down, write freely, and speak your truth (if you feel like it). We’ll start with a prompt to get your pen moving. You’ll have time to sip, write, vibe, and...if the moment feels right, step up to the mic and share your words.

No pressure. Just expression, community, and connection.
