About this Event
Before the Next Sick Day
A Practical Winter Wellness Workshop
What can you do now to support your immune health before the next cold or flu disrupts your routine?
Join Wonderfully Med’s Dr. Rayette Casiano and Christine Briones for an engaging workshop exploring immunity, everyday wellness habits, and common questions about antibiotics, nutrition, and supplements. Leave with practical ideas to help you feel more informed and prepared for the season ahead.
What we’ll discuss
- Viruses vs. bacteria: Understanding the differences and what they mean when you’re feeling sick.
- Antibiotics: When they may help, when they won’t, and the risks of unnecessary use.
- Everyday habits: The role of sleep, exercise, stress management, and reducing exposure to harmful substances.
- Nutrition: Everyday food choices that support immune health.
- Supplements: Safety considerations and common questions about vitamin D, zinc, elderberry, echinacea, and more.
- Your questions: An interactive Q&A with both presenters.
More than a presentation
Along with practical education, you’ll enjoy a live demonstration of a quick and easy immunity support blend you can make at home for those sick days, time to ask questions, and an Immune Support Starter Kit to take with you.
You’ll walk away with a clearer understanding of common winter illnesses, everyday ways to support your health, and questions to discuss with your own healthcare provider.
