The Worker’s 28th Annual Hike for Hope

Who: Outdoor enthusiasts, families, philanthropists, and anyone passionate about supporting community-based causes.

What: Join Phoenix nonprofit, St. Joseph the Worker (The Worker), for a meaningful morning of hiking, connection, and scenic views at McDowell Mountain Regional Park. This annual fundraiser supports The Worker’s mission to help individuals achieve self-sufficiency through quality employment, life-skills training, and pathways to stable housing.

Participants can choose between a 1.5-mile accessible hike or a more challenging 4.5-mile route. The morning includes T-shirt distribution, coffee and light breakfast items, announcements, prizes, and a post-hike celebration with breakfast burritos. Sponsorship packages, vendor opportunities, and in-kind donations are available.

When: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m on Saturday, March 28, 2026

Where: McDowell Mountain Regional Park - Pemberton Trailhead, located at 16300 McDowell Mountain Park Dr., Fountain Hills, AZ 85264

Parking is free for event participants—just let the gate attendant know you’re attending Hike for Hope and follow event signage.

Cost: Adult admission is $50, children (0-13) are $10, pets hike for free! Tickets can be purchased at https://secure.qgiv.com/event/2026hikeforhope/
