Awakening of Emerald Earth🍀
Under the waxing moon🌕, we gather in the spirit of the ancient Celts — honoring the Emerald Earth 🍀🌎⛲️and the sacred rhythm of land, water, and sky. Through the heartbeat of 🍀Celtic drums, the resonance of gongs, crystal and tibetan bowls, we awaken what is stirring within. Join us at sunset in Fountain Hills⛲️ as we root deeply, strengthen our intentions, and align with the old ways — where nature, sound, and soul move as one.
What is a soundbath and how does it help me? Modern research into sound meditation shows that harmonic instruments like singing bowls, drums, gongs and chimes ect can activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Guiding our body's into its natural state of rest and restoration. Much like the ancient Celtic traditions that used rhythm and resonance for healing and ceremony, these sacred tones help quiet the mind, slow the breath, and return the body to balance

Temperature should be about 77° at sunset, but once sun goes down and being next to water it will drop down some more so dress as you see appropriately. Event is approximately 75minutes, including tea ceremony. Bring a hoodie or blanket if you think you may be cold. There will be 1 cleaned sheet and 1 pillow on every yoga mat.
