I'm very excited to be doing my 1st Workshop @The Mermaid Cafe bar & Restaurant on the 15th of April.
Taking like minded women on a beautiful gentle guided Journaling & Reflection � experience & a transformational journey from who you are now to the "Woman You Are Becoming"
You will gain self-confidence, self-belief, gain clarity & focus on what you really want to change in a supportive, safe & empowering environment.
I am trying to support as many women as I can offering affordable coaching in this way to women who may not be able to afford 1:1 coaching ordinarily.
