Through gentle breathwork, throat-opening sounds, journaling, ritual release, and sharing, we’ll explore who we’re becoming — and what we’re ready to leave behind.

As we move closer to the summer solstice, we also take a moment to recognise our own light and what is ready to grow.

No pressure to be anything.
