Lunch at the Coal Shed

We’re hosting a lunch at The Coal Shed on 16 June for 35 MDs, CEOs, founders and senior directors.

We’ve designed and curated this event because people like you have told us that they’d value an opportunity to help further stretch and develop their network of trusted advisors: people who know the pain and joy of leading and growing a business.

It’s peer support, networking and an opportunity to get away from your desk at lunchtime, all rolled into one.

At each of these lunches, we invite a Chamber member to share some useful concepts to help you as leaders. This month, we’re joined by Alex Morrison, Alex Morrison is founder of Cogapp, a specialist digital agency based in Brighton since 1985. He was also founder and chair at Wired Sussex and is now working on a start-up project and a consulting/training service for people in strategic roles who lead organisations.

Alex is going to talk about a framework that can help you to generate, test and improve strategic plans for your business. Think SWOT, but more nuanced and useful.

So come along to build relationships while learning about some clever concepts to help move your business forward, with the chance to discuss issues in this Chatham House Rule trusted environment. I hope you can join us.

Can you cater for dietary requirements? We do our best to accommodate dietary requirements where possible. However, as we work with a range of venues, we may not be able to cater for more extensive requirements.

To give the venue enough notice, please make sure you include any dietary requirements in the order form when booking your place - we are not be able to accommodate requests made on the day of the event.
