Join The Wine Down for a feel-good barre-inspired workout designed to help you sculpt, stretch, sweat, and release the week.
This beginner-friendly class blends barre, Pilates-inspired movement, booty bands, bender balls, and yoga sticks for a fun, low-impact burn that meets you where you are.

This class is for the woman who pours into everyone else and needs a space to pour back into herself.
