On the evening of August 2, 24 guests will gather outdoors under the open sky for a plated dining experience inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Jamaica. Think jerk-seasoned proteins, vibrant island-inspired sides, and soulful flavors that honor a culture built on resilience, joy, and community — all accompanied by live jazz-reggae music as the sun sets over Wellspring's grounds.
