We as women carry so much on our shoulders, in our minds, and in our hearts. We are God's daughters, we are Mothers, Daughters, Sisters, Co-workers, Aunties, Friends, and so much more. We can't forget about ourselves while showing up for others as well.. because sis ➡️➡️➡️ WE HAVE TO SHOW UP FOR OURSELVES!

Join us for a fun and energetic dance experience where we will vibe out to the cutest mix, worship a bit, and DANCE! No experience is necessary but rhythm is needed (lol), bring your enthusiasm and get ready to move your body.

The event will be held in person at 14949 Leeland Road, Upper Marlboro, MD! Doors open at 6:15pm!
