Join us for this enriching experience at our Monthly Wellness Workshops, where we blend education, inspiration, and community spirit to promote holistic well-being in a relaxed and inclusive setting. Throughout the series we will invite guest speakers from the wellness space, including kinesiologists, bodywork specialists, energy healers and holistic practitioners, who will share their insights and guidance for leading a healthier, more balanced life.
What to Expect:
Engaging Presentations: Our featured guests will cover a diverse range of topics, including stress management, holistic healing practices, and physical fitness—all designed to empower you with practical tools and knowledge.
May 16th we invite Helen Maxwell - Nutritionist and Breathwork coach who will talk about what to expect when working with a Nutrition Therapist, as well as guiding us in optimal breathing. Helen is generously offering a discount to participants for future treatment. No obligation to purchase.
June 13th we invite Sue Warner - Alternative Holistic Healer who will share her bountiful knowledge on crystals, their many beneficial properties and how to care for them. Sue will likely have a selection of beautiful crystal bracelets available to buy.
July 18th we invite Jan Styles - Holistic Therapist who will be introducing B.E.S.T - Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique, which is a form of energy medicine that clears triggers created by upsetting or stressful events and helps to release their unhelpful patterns.
