The Wellness Reset is an immersive wellness experience designed for the woman who is ready to recharge her energy, reconnect with her body, and elevate her mindset as she steps into 2026 with intention.
This event blends movement, mindfulness, community, and curated shopping to create a space that feels calm, elevated, and deeply supportive of your wellness journey.

Begin your morning with an intentional one-hour Pilates session guided by Nicole.

After Pilates, settle into a grounding meditation focused on self-love, clarity, and emotional reset.

Info: VIP - Once our movement and mindfulness sessions conclude, all attendees will receive a wellness-inspired goodie bag before exploring our marketplace of local women-owned vendors. GA - This is your opportunity to explore new brands, support small businesses, and treat yourself to products that elevate your daily rituals. Discover permanent jewelry, handmade body oils, activewear, and other intentional offerings created to support your wellness lifestyle.
