About this Event
Due to popular demand we are bringing back this event for a 6th Year in September!
And WOW - what a programme we have this year, it is jam-packed with all your favs plus some new incredible sessions and practitioners.
As a little collective of Wellbeing practitioners from the local area, we have collaborated together to bring you a super fun and relaxing day of taster sessions so you can try out something new or just enjoy a smorgasbord of wellbeing delights.
We have Yoga (of course) Nia Dance, Qi Gong, Sound Healing, Wild Women Circle sessions, Chanting workshops, Breathwork, Meditation, Foraging Walks, Song Circles, Compassion workshops plus loads of opportunities to relax, enjoy some good company and watch the world go by.
There will also be homemade pizza and light refreshments on offer and you are welcome to bring a picnic/snacks and chill out between sessions. Fingers crossed for good weather! We've been lucky so far!
This year we will be donating our profits to SAMH an amazing Scottish Charity that does such important work to support mental health in our communities.
We will be asking a ticket price of £40 this year.
An Early Bird Price of £35 will be on offer until Midnight on the 21st of August, so get yours quick!
Enjoy the peaceful surroundings at our beautiful Yurt Studio and dance the afternoon away with fantastic views of the Forth in our garden or sit under Mother Willow for a nourishing meditation session. Perhaps even enjoy a mini wild womens circle in our Bell Tent.
The event is a fab opportunity to catch up with friends, try something new and nourish your own wellbeing.
Just buy your ticket, recieve your confirmation and you have the option to pre-book your slots for our selection of classes and sessions available. Some class sizes are limited, so be considerate when booking so everyone gets a chance to try something.
More information and Class bookings will be available on the website from 22nd of August. We are just finalising the programme timings.
If this is what you have been waiting for, but money is tight. Do get in touch with me [email protected] and I have some free tickets available.
