Women's Wellbeing Evening at The Mummy Hub.
Members are warmly invited to join Jess and Jennifer Gillespie, owner of The Mummy Hub, at her welcoming new space dedicated to women, to explore wellbeing through the perimenopause and beyond.
This special evening brings together a panel of respected TN card partners and health experts, who will share their knowledge on key areas of women’s health as we reach perimenopause and beyond:
✨ Pelvic health through the perimenopause and beyond. With Jennifer Gillespie, owner of The Mummy Hub and a chartered physiotherapist with over 25 years’ experience.
✨ Digestive health and hormone balance. With Naomi Murray, wellbeing expert and owner of TN card partner Botanica Health, Rusthall.
✨ The value of exercise and strength training in the perimenopause. With Marta Beacom, personal trainer at TN card partner Thrive, Tunbridge Wells.
The team at The Mummy Hub (including clinicians and instructors) will also be joining us, ready to answer any questions about women’s health and the support available at this welcoming new hub.
We’ll finish the evening with an open Q&A session, giving us the chance to ask questions and take away practical advice to support our own health and wellbeing.
On arrival at 6.30pm, members will be offered a glass of bubbles or juice, and a few nourishing sweet treats, before we gather at 7pm for an evening of learning, sharing and connection.
We hope you can join us with other lovely TN card members for an evening dedicated to looking after ourselves and feeling our best, whatever our age.
