Hatch is your local "networking happy place," created for business owners, entrepreneurs, and leaders like you in the Kent area. At the November event, we will meet at The Forum Music Venue and then walk across Tunbridge Wells Common. After the walk, we will head to the for an informative and supportive nutrition talk about the role of our immune system, how it works and how to support it during the colder months. Perfectly timed for Autumn. We'll discuss some effective ways to strengthen the immune system, as well as the role of our gut health and its links to immunity. There'll be a brief demonstration of an immune-supporting smoothie.

We will meet promptly outside the front of , Tunbridge Wells, our central starting point. From there, we’ll take a gentle uphill stroll following the established pathways around the beautiful Tunbridge Wells Common—a perfect, informal opportunity for connecting and conversation before we head back to The Old Auction House.

• Well-Behaved Dogs Welcome: We love it when well-behaved dogs join us! Please keep them on a lead or under close, reliable control at all times, especially around any livestock or wildlife. Naturally, please come prepared to clean up after your furry friend. Dogs are welcome at the Old Auction House.
• All-Weather Walkers: We're a hardy bunch and aim to walk in (almost!) all weathers. Please check the forecast on the day and dress appropriately for the conditions – layers are often a good idea!
• Footwear & Terrain: Our route will primarily use footpaths and countryside trails, avoiding roads and pavements as much as possible. Sturdy, comfortable walking footwear (walking shoes or boots with good grip) is essential.
• Weather Preparedness:
• On Wet Days: Waterproof outerwear (and trousers, if you like!) is highly recommended.
• On Hot Days: Please bring a hat, water to stay hydrated throughout the walk, and apply sun cream before you arrive.
• Your Responsibility: Please note that all participants join the walk at their own risk.
