The Well Pop-up Sessions in York
The Well in York is a carefully put together package providing people in York with a holistic way of improving their mental health and well-being through events, community and support.
The lunch time pop-up sessions are a chance for you to pay more attention to your mental-health and wellbeing, to connect and join community, to reflect and relax and participate in activities that promote and facilitate all these things!
Activities include:
- Space and material to write and journal
- Puzzles and jigsaws
- Wellbeing exercises to aid self reflection
- A friendly volunteer that provides space for you to talk and a listening ear
- A guided group activity you can choose to participate in led by one of our team
- Free lunch
This event is free and we welcome anyone, no one will be turned away. In order to provide enough catering and to meet dietary requirements, please book a space if you can!
