The Well is a night created for women to pause, breathe, and encounter God in a holistic way—body, soul, and spirit. Just as Jesus met the woman at the well and offered her “living water,” we believe this night will be a place of refreshment, restoration, and renewal.

This isn’t just movement—it’s a space where faith, reflection, and community come together. Come ready to move, reflect, and worship as we create sacred space together.

✨ What to Expect

• Pilates-Inspired Flow – Gentle, intentional movement that connects breath and body, opening space for God’s presence. Suitable for all levels.
• Guided Journaling – Time to slow down with prompts that root you in scripture, gratitude, and reflection.
• Worship & Prayer – Live worship and corporate prayer where we lift our voices and hearts to God.
• Panel Conversation – Women leaders sharing wisdom on faith, wellness, and living in alignment.
• Coffee & Connection – Aurora Coffee will be onsite with iced coffee and mochas available for purchase as you connect with other women.
• Gift Bags – Curated gifts and resources to take home, reminding you of the night’s encounter.

💗 Dress Code

Think cute + comfy ✨ — leggings, yoga pants, or anything you can move and stretch in. This is a beginner friendly Pilates workout, there will be gentle movement, so wear something comfortable. Add your own flair—whether that’s a flowy top, a matching set, or your favorite cozy layer.

BYOM: Bring Your Own Mat 🧘‍♀️ (we’ll have a few extras on hand for purchase).
