Sound bath uses instruments like crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, drums, chimes, gongs, etc The frequencies they produce work on the nervous system to take the participants out of "fight and flight" and engage the parasympathetic nervous system. This creates deep mental relaxation, decreases stress & anxiety, lowers heart rate & blood pressure. The entire body relaxes and participants feel rested as if they have taken a nap.Experience the gentle touch of Reiki as our certified practitioner directs healing energy to various parts of your body. Reiki can help release energetic blockages, reduce stress, and promote a sense of overall balance.
Participants should arrive to class a few minutes early to get settled for the session.
Things you need to bring to session:
- yoga mat (we have a couple at the store if you forget to bring one)
- a small pillow to rest your head
- light blanket
- Eye mask
Everyone will get a chance for a small Q/A session at the end of the event.
