The Walk- A Pe Metawe Plays short run campaign

To the average tourist, the Atlantic City Boardwalk is all neon & salt air, with casinos, restaurants and amusements mashed together with sacred landmarks like Boardwalk Hall and the Absecon Lighthouse. But beneath the painted lights and carnival music, something older keeps watch. Known simply as “The Walk” to those who belong to the shadows, this place was built as a symbol of unity between humanity and the hidden world.
Behind the mask of an amusement park, the thrill rides and freakshows give the supernatural a place to move among unsuspecting humans—provided no mortal comes to harm. That fragile peace is not courtesy. It is law, bound and enforced by the iron terms of the Mayfield Accord.
First penned by Abigail Mayfield, the Accord decrees that every nine years guardianship of the site must pass to a new circle, ensuring no single faction can tighten its grip around the whole of The Walk. The ninth year has come again and its time to choose a new Guardian, you have been charged with securing the grounds for the election ceremony before ambition, old grudges, or hungry powers turn ritual into war.
