During the workshop, you’ll learn simple yet powerful techniques to improve your sleep by understanding your body, your organs, and how to use Vocal Taoist Healing Sounds at home. Think of it like brushing your teeth—but this time, you’re “brushing” your whole body by releasing energy and neutralizing tension. You’ll also be guided through a custom meditation and a Thai Yoga Massage class, designed to relax both body and mind. 🧘‍♀️🎶

Led by Marloes, our Taoist and Kundalini Yoga teacher, and Marjolein, our Thai Yoga Massage expert, this workshop is perfect for beginners or anyone curious about using sounds and massage to relax before bed. 🌸 It’s ideal to come with a partner!
