What Time Should You Get There?
5:30 PM – 6:30 PM — Reception, Dinner & CocktailsDinner Buffet and curated cocktails as we gather, connect and celebrate Black excellence. Mix, mingle, grab a plate, raise a glass and settle into the vibes. Food is included only with The Vibes & Dinner tickets and VIP Table Reservation for 4.
6:30 PM – 7:00 PM — Legacy In Rare Form AwardsWe’ll take a brief pause from the music to recognize this year's Legacy In Rare Form honorees; individuals whose work, leadership and impact represent excellence in rare form. Honorees: TBD
Then, it's right back to the groove.
7:00 PM – 8:30 PM — Vibes & Dancing
It's time to turn up, tune in and let the music move you.

The DJs will take you on a musical journey through the sounds that raised us, moved us and continue to bring us together. Expect a blend of vinyl classics and current digital mixes spanning generations and genres—from soul, funk and jazz to R&B, hip-hop, go-go, disco, neo-soul and today's sounds.
Vibes & Vinyl feels like a dinner party meets a house party—with just enough sophistication to keep it grown and just enough energy to keep you on the dance floor. Expect to dance, two-step, sway in your chair over dinner, sing along, make requests and fall in love with good music all over again. Because this is more than a playlist. This is The Sound of Us.

Think Modern Black Chic—bold, stylish, unforgettable and completely YOU.Come dressed like you're ready for a night where Black music meets Black style.
Ladies: Dresses with flair, jumpsuits, bold prints, metallic accents, statement accessories and beautiful hair.
Gentlemen: No ties required. Think sharp suits, elevated separates, statement jackets, loafers or luxe sneakers.
