Six Signature Courses
Experience six of Chef Weber's most memorable dishes, thoughtfully recreated from defining moments throughout his distinguished career. The evening begins with Dry Cured Foie Gras, followed by signature courses including Butter Poached Maine Lobster, Maccheroni di Zita, Mediterranean Daurade, and Basil Crusted Lamb Loin. The celebration concludes with a tableside presentation of Bourbon Island Vanilla Sorbet, followed by handcrafted mignardises and chocolate truffles.

The evening will be complemented by thoughtfully selected pours of Chardonnay and Côtes du Rhône, chosen to beautifully enhance each course from beginning to end.
