Meet your instructors: Kaylah and Keirston are two passionate educators, writers and facilitators. They have been vegetarian for the past 12 years and eating a plant based diet for the past 4 years. They love food and they are here to show you that you can eat your chocolate, your pizza,your fruit salad and all the good stuff and feel good while doing it! They are deeply invested in the care of Black and Brown women and gender expansive folks. All women are cared for here. This is not a diet or weight loss class though it may help you with your health journey whatever that may look like to you. Regardless they want you happy and thriving in your abundance!
