Dear Runner

As part of our small fitness community we would like to give back something to our Runners'/Cyclists' Family & Friends.

We're planning to organize a 5K Training RUN - 5th Edition on 16th March 2025 (Sunday) to inspire the relatives or friends of yours (who haven't run 5k) to achieve their maiden 5k RUN & by that we want to inculcate the RUNNING as a lifetime habit for better Health & Fitness. With this event we aim to provide the aspiring runners an opportunity to achieve their maiden 5k RUN and connect them to the Runners' world. In addition to this Experience Runners can give a shot to get his/her best performance for 5k.

We will provide Training Guidance & basics about Running your first 5k so that on the Race Day 5k RUN would be a better experience.
