Each month, you are invited into a 75-minute guided meditation experience held in a safe, nurturing space. Through breath, sound, visualisation and energetic guidance, we will explore a different theme to support your spiritual growth, emotional wellbeing, and inner alignment.

• Receive insight, clarity, and guidance for the year ahead
