🏟️ Opening Acknowledgement & Song – Sundance Robson
We begin by grounding into the land, the space, and the moment. Sundance will open the container with a heartfelt acknowledgement and live song to bring us into presence and connection.
🏟️ Energizing Yoga Flow – Amanda Ruschiensky
A guided flow to awaken the body, build energy, and prepare you for the deeper journey ahead.
🏟️ Shamanic Release Breathwork – Sacha Wolfson
A powerful breathwork journey designed to help you release stored tension, emotion, and patterns while reconnecting to your body and inner awareness.
🏟️ Surround Sound Bath Experience featuring multiple facilitators, the gong-a-tron, gongs, drums, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and more…will surround participants, creating a fully immersive, multi-directional soundscape for deep integration and nervous system reset.
