Join us for a full day of acro with Adam Pike and Monica Buencamino at the 4th Annual Regina Summer Acro Workshop!
Adam and Monica have been part of the Edmonton acro community for years as both practitioners and teachers — some might even call Adam “OG Acro Edmonton” 😉
This intermediate/advanced workshop will focus on both L-basing and standing acro, with an emphasis on strong foundations, safe progressions, spotting, and fun training.
No partner required. We’ll break for lunch at 12:00 PM.
Prerequisites: Base or fly star, side star, L base foot to hand, plus confidence with spotting and general safety.
