Cheryl Lynn Carter is an Author, Researcher, Freelance Journalist, and Explorer, best known for her column “The Carter Files: Mysteries of the Unknown” featured in Paranormal Underground
Magazine.
An Experiencer and active member of MUFON and CE-5, Cheryl brings both personal insight and
investigative expertise to her work in the field. She incorporated her Native heritage serving as a Native consultant for Thomas Conwell’s books “They Are Here: Central U.S. UFOs” and “Earth
Quakes and UFOs.” As a Psychic-Medium and Remote Viewer, she has collaborated with Project PSI, the first qualitative
scientific exploration of the paranormal, successfully contributing to the resolution of missing children and cold cases.
An international author, Cheryl has written eleven books including “Chosen: UFO Encounters and Abductions,” “Dimensions: Mysterious Triangles of the U.S.” and “Skinwalker Ranch the Basin
Files” with a new title launching soon “The Celestial Code: Ancient Megalithic Sites and Their Map of the Stars.”
As an Ambassador for MUPAS: Modular Unidentified Phenomenon Alert System, she is part of a scientific study developed by Dr. Jim Segala designed to record and analyze anomalous signals that
occur during unidentified phenomenon events such as encounters with UFOs and missing time. As an official Affiliate for Skinwalker Ranch, she promotes the Team’s Mission contributing to
increasing public awareness of their ongoing scientific investigation.

DALE RUPPERT
Dale has a Bachelor of Science in Sustainability with a focus in environmental science from Purdue. He has been working at Purdue University Fort Wayne for over two and a half years as the Mechanical Engineering Laboratory Technician for the Department of Civil and Mechanical Engineering. Before then, Dale worked at Science Central as an Educational Specialist and then
as the Revenue Programs Manager for more than eight and a half years. Dale has worked with Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation at Lindenwood Nature Preserve as their local astronomer,
leading monthly stargazing night hikes and has been working with them for over 5 years. Dale is a current member of the Fort Wayne Astronomical Society and a current board member. Over the past year, he has gotten into astrophotography with his Dwarf telescope and is currently getting into radio astronomy. Dale has a love of astronomy and a love of working with people, showing them the stars through his many telescopes.
Through working at Science Central and PFW, Dale has gotten into high-altitude ballooning, having led the launch of over eight balloon launches himself, working with NearSpace Education
and several middle and high schools in the area. He has launched several experiments into the stratosphere and gathered lots of atmospheric data, along with helping a student group design and test a sensor that was put on a satellite and launched into orbit earlier this year. He is now a community member of the PFW Air & Space Research Association and will be helping them
create and launch a CubeSat.
Dale will be on hand to explain what we may be seeing in our skies and will have a booth at the event with information and to answer questions.
