In this course, we will explore Buddhist teachings and meditations, which are practical methods for practising patient acceptance. Through improving our wisdom, we can effectively work to change things for the better — from a mind of peace and love, rather than from annoyance or anger.

Being patient means to welcome wholeheartedly whatever arises, having given up the idea that things should be other than what they are.
