THE TIMELINE SHIFT is a playful, immersive workshop exploring manifestation through the connection between your breath, nervous system, mind, body, intention, and relationship with Creator.

This isn't about sitting around wishing harder, forcing positive thoughts, or pretending difficult emotions don't exist.

It's about becoming familiar with the version of you you're ready to step into.

Because creating change isn't only about what you want.

It's about who you're becoming.

Together, we'll explore the intersection of nervous-system regulation, visualization, prayer, intention, embodiment, and action.
