We’re breaking down the things that often get skipped: setup, technique, accessories, equipment, and how to actually progress your deadlift with confidence.

Class Overview & What to Expect
Deadlift Party for the Girls is a women-only deadlift clinic focused on learning the fundamentals of the deadlift. No prior experience is required. This class is designed to meet participants at their current level.
During the session, participants will:
- Learn proper deadlift technique (conventional and sumo)
- Review setup, execution, and common mistakes
- Be guided through intentional warm-up movements
- Build confidence around deadlifting and progressing safely
This session is technique-focused and foundational. There is no round robin format.
Attendance & Participation
Participants are expected to be present for the full duration of the class. Late arrivals or early departures may limit the effectiveness and safety of the experience. For safety reasons, participation may be restricted if a participant arrives excessively late.
No Refunds / No Transfers
All sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, injury, or no-shows.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing by the event host.
Assumption of Risk
By participating in this class, you understand that strength training and physical exercise involve inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, or other physical harm.
You confirm that you are physically able to participate and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. If you are unsure, you are encouraged to consult with a medical professional prior to attending.
Release of Liability
By purchasing a ticket, you release and hold harmless Ada is Present LLC, its owner, contractors, assistants, and hosting facility from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from participation in this class.
Photography & Media Release
You understand that photos and/or videos may be taken during the event for promotional or educational purposes. By participating, you grant permission for your likeness to be used by Ada is Present LLC unless otherwise stated in writing prior to the event.
Code of Conduct
This is a supportive, women-only space. All participants are expected to act respectfully toward instructors and fellow attendees. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the class without refund.
