The Threshold is a 5-week guided circle for those in a season of transition.This is not a course or a workshop.
It’s a small, intentional space to be witnessed while something reorganizes.
Each week, we’ll gather to slow down, listen inward, and make sense of what’s shifting, without rushing to fix or define it. Through guided centering, reflective questions, and shared presence, you’ll be supported in navigating uncertainty, reconnecting with your body’s wisdom, and rebuilding self-trust as your next chapter takes shape.
